Kosmos

Ancient mysteries, explored.

Kosmos is an atlas of nearly 1,900 ancient sites, out-of-place artifacts and enigmas for iPhone. Every entry is read through three lenses: what the ancient astronaut and alternative-history authors claim, what archaeology and history have established, and a reflection inspired by Russian Cosmism. Compare them and draw your own conclusions.

The atlas

From Giza and Nazca to Göbekli Tepe, Puma Punku and Baalbek: nearly 1,900 sites on the map, with photos and dates.

Theory, evidence, cosmist lens

Each entry separates the claim, attributed to its author, from the evidence and from a cosmist reading.

Enigmas

The Dogon and Sirius, the Anunnaki, the vimanas, Ezekiel's wheel, Atlantis and more, linked to their places.

Out-of-place artifacts

The Antikythera mechanism, the Baghdad battery, the Piri Reis map, the Dendera light…

Trivia and map mode

Ten-question games built from the entries, and a map mode where you find famous sites by tapping the globe.

Russian Cosmism

Fedorov, Tsiolkovsky, Vernadsky, Chizhevsky and the road from their ideas to Sputnik and Gagarin.

Explore and decide

Kosmos presents fringe theories as what they are: claims made by their authors. It sets them beside the evidence so you can judge for yourself. Many texts were drafted with the help of artificial intelligence from public sources and then edited; if you find an error, please tell us.
